Hostel Facilities
The Institute provides at a No profit-No loss basis, adequate, safe and decent residential facilities to its students in all the courses in the Institute campus. separate Hostel Facilities are available for female students under the able supervision of a Lady Superintendent. Good Physical and Environmental conditions have been ensured to provide a congenial atmosphere for the academic and individual growth of the students. The hostel charges, payable at the time of admission, are as mentioned below.

Any student found to be wanting of desired conduct and discipline shall be liable to disciplinary action and may even lose hostel facilities and in such cases. no refund of fee shall be admissible.

Poor and Meritorious Students:
Concessions and adequate financial assistance are extended to the deserving cases belonging to the Schedule Castes and Backward Classes and to such students who are economically weak and meritorious. However, this is purely discretionary on the part of the Management Committee of the Institute.

Railway Concession:
Railway concession coupons are provided to the students of the Institute as per Railway Rules and Guidelines.

Institute Uniform:
SUMMER DRESS : White Shirt, Gray Trousers, Gray Neck Tie, Black Shoes and Apron.
WINTER DRESS : Deep Maroon Blazer. The rest are same as in the summer. Blazer and Apron are provided the Institute on no profit no loss basis to be paid by the students.

Conveyance & Transport:
The Institute has its own well-maintained Bus for the students providing efficient services at nominal charges.

Extra Curricular Activities
The Institute lays great emphasis on extra curricular activities. The following are some of the activities that are organised by the Institute :

Free Rehabilitation & Health Camps:
At least one health camp every two months is organised by the institute in the rural and slum areas in the state and the capital. Free health check-up, vaccination, physiotherapy identification of disabled for artificial limbs, hearing aids, callipers, polio-shoes etc. and Pathological investigations are done in the camps by the medical staff, Rehab. Professionals and students of the institute. Medicines, Vitamins, ORS pcts., Condoms and Mala-"N" pills etc. are also distributed free of cost in such camps.

Symposium & Seminars:
Its objective is to create awareness and interest in scientific learning. It is organised at regular intervals on different scientific subject of current relevance. Professionals and specialists of eminence and repute in each faculty present their scientific-papers in the symposiums and seminars.

Debates & Speech:
Debates and speech contests in English are also held at regular intervals in the Institute premises. The winners are rewarded with memento and certificates.

Excursion Tours
With a view to supplement the theoratical inputs by providing adequate practical exposure to the students, excursion tours are organised for students under each department, atleast once in a year, at concessional rates. Sight- seeing and visiting famous institutions of medical and rehabilitation sciences and research are integral parts of the tour.
